Story

Inspired by the ‘70s – one of our favorite decades to remember. Maybe because we grew up in those years and saw things that just don’t exist anymore. Sure, technology is useful, no doubt about that — but back then, our beat-up bikes, racing downhill at full speed on anything that could earn us a scar as a souvenir, were just part of daily life. We were fearless, a little crazy, but definitely genuine.

Then came the day my father, Johnny Senior, was forced to take out insurance to cover the (intentional and unintentional) disasters I regularly caused.

This design captures that era for us — simple and essential — when any moment was a good excuse for a race: who would get there first, who could jump the farthest or the highest — on a skateboard, a bicycle, a go-kart, or even a sled.
